I missed a lecture.
Which was at 11, so I decided to go another one. This one was at 1, therefore I put my backpack over on one arm walked like my life depended on it.
I reached a few meter before entering university, the green man lit...green and this was sign I could safely walk across the road.
Then I saw her, beautiful she was.
Smiling actually and laughing, like the whole world was for her. That warm bright smile, warmed me up everyone morning I met her and the laugh she laughed that made my heart melt. But she had her hand around someone, I looked and saw him.
It was her boyfriend, the man she left me for.
I was instantly disgusted and gut wrenched. The thought of someone else beside me, with her. I wasn’t feeling right, pretty upset actually. I fought him you know (fist fight), for her. She still chose him and I went alone and sat on the bus stop patiently waiting for it to arrive.
After that small encounter, my eyes opened (Metaphorically) and I realised after 3 fucking years, I still loved her. Usually people get over it in months, it’s not even taking me years to forget her.
The whole lecture I couldn’t concentrate thinking about her, I was missing key and important information about my test which was taking place in December. Even my lecture scolded me for not paying attention in class.
The whole day was a waste because of one fucking encounter. don’t you wish you had an one/off switch for your emotions. so that you can easily switch them off, because they’re that painful. I really wish I could have that, but I realised I am a really emotional person. It’s hard for people like me.
I came back home and was feeling depressed, but my cousins were there waiting for me. This was an amazing experience to have him cheer me up after failing and fucking up. Apparently they came for dinner because their kitchen was being renovated, however the work stopped when they found a dead rat....I know right! (At first I was like wtf!)
So pest control is going to come in tomorrow to have a look at the place, hopefully they can weed out the place of pests. This is actually the first time something like this happened, so I really hope that this gets sorted.
