What are the forms of cheating? Cheating is not limited to having a fling or (char char) while you are having a relationship with someone. The moment you entertain some flirtatious and meaningful messages from someone is a form of cheating. When you intentionally deleted your convo with someone for her not to see your messages is another form of cheating. The moment when you said to someone that you are "Single" where in fact you are in relationship is already cheating. Why do some people cheat?

Cheating is a selfish act of a coward person. If your man/woman really loves you, he/she will never cheat or do things that would hurt you. Iv'e been cheated and lied to but it's totally fine. It's okay to be cheated and hurt, because it teaches us to be strong and to be a better person. Everything happens for a reason. Maybe someone better will come in your life that is strong enough and who will see your worth.
