I've tried to bake a cake before and I failed & since then I don't have the confidence to try anything else since I feel like it's just a waste of time, cause I wouldn't be able to create something delicious! But you're absolutely right, you need to practice, otherwise you can't learn from your mistakes! I really like the comparison with love - amazing post! :)
