The sense to recognize an opportunity and then have the mind to take advantage is what luck truly is. Saying someone is lucky doesn't exactly say they did nothing, it means they recognized and took advantage of what it was that stood before them.
You must be ready to live as smart as you can so you do not miss the signals that mostly come wrapped in packages deemed unpleasant. The gold doesn't always come out glittering, it takes work to get it to look so desirable.
The role of preparation and application in the destiny of a man cannot be overemphasis. You must be prepared at all times knowing fully well that, today can be that day where you have to grab your chances and make something of your life.
We are all lucky, but it will take some actions to truly get the reward of the luck as bestowed on us by life itself.
