Using the tripod for this one, made it much easier to get a steady shot. Getting the whole thing in focus was still tricky. Due to using a reversed lens, the settings had to be adjusted manually. With the 'macro' lens in place, there is only a very small area in focus at a time.
At first I wanted to take advantage of the beautiful sun that is out today, but that didn't work, because I could not see a thing on the camera screen :(
So back indoors. The flash decided to chime in and play its part. This is the first result.
After watching more than a few vids on Youtube on the macrophotography subject I knew people who were using a flash covered it a little to get a better picture.
To mimic that, I held a papertowel in front of the flash. This is the result.
