Sea Shell - Macrophotography with @juliank
Every grain of sand moulded into a rock, big and small shells in tidal pools.
Touch the tiny snails they squirt a bit of water and hold on tight, try remove the bigger ones they suction down so tight.
Being bashed around in the waves one can appreciate the way they live in rough seas among the rocks and bays.
The mollusc (or mollusk) shell is typically a calcareous exoskeleton which encloses, supports and protects the soft parts of an animal in the phylum Mollusca, which includes snails, clams, tusk shells, and several other classes. Not all shelled molluscs live in the sea; many live on the land and in freshwater.
