My mother-in-law got me a nice birthday card, back in February. Some would call me a procrastinator. In it was a "Mad Lib", do you know what that is? We used to play them all the time back in grade school, especially in bus rides to field trips.
Mad Libs are essentially short stories that you help fill in the blank to make the story complete. The trick is though that you don't know what the story is about, only that you have to enter in a word that matches what they want you to put.
For example, enter an adjective, a verb, a number, a food, etc...
The wife and kids aren't being super helpful rattling off words for me to fill it in and I wanted to make it fun, so I am asking y'all to join in on the fun!
I have the first 4 slots already filled. I will list what I have left and you can hopefully help me fill in the blanks.
Here's the rest of what I need:
Adjective (#1)
Article of clothing (plural)
Food
Liquid
Number
Dessert
Body Part
Animal
Fictional Character
Adjective (#2)
Object (plural)
Verb
Noun (plural)
Verb (#2)
Exclamation
My Name - I'll just go with my name on this one, and lastly...
Number (#2)
Feel free to type in firstly, the blank space you would like to fill in and then your response. When the Mad Lib is complete, I will make another post with what they story entails.
This should be fun! TIA for your participation and for helping me pass the time here in lockdown.
