My friend Hive account@ambarvegas invited me to join #MakeupChallenge organized by her and by Hive account@lucianav I'll be honest I haven't made up since this quarantine started, not to mention that this week's theme represented a challenge Pop Art, it's a quite extensive branch of art, but I still got ready to participate.

I was sure I had at least one of my shadow kits, but to my great surprise when it came time to put on my makeup, the situation got a little complicated, I'll tell you why.

Mi amiga Hive account@ambarvegas me invitó a unirme a #MakeupChallenge organizado por ella y por Hive account@lucianav seré honesta no me he maquillado desde que empezó esta cuarentena, sin mencionar que el tema de esta semana representaba todo un reto Pop Art, es una rama bastante extensa del arte, pero de igual forma me dispuse a participar.

Yo estaba segura que por lo menos tenía uno de mis estuches de sombras, pero para mi gran sorpresa cuando llego la hora de maquillarme, la situación se complicó un poco, les cuento porqué.

After washing my face I applied my moisturizer, then I proceeded to apply the primer, but when I went to look for my sponge for the base (this was kept in my travel makeup case which was the one I brought) let's say that the sponge looked like a rock, I have no idea what happened to it, but it was my turn to improvise, to continue with my uneven makeup I wanted to apply a shadow in a vibrant tone, but it was not possible I didn't bring any of my shadows.

Después de lavar mi rostro apliqué mi crema hidratante, luego procedo a aplicarme el primer, pero cuando voy a buscar mi esponja para la base (esta estaba guardada en el estuche de mi maquillaje de viaje que fue el que traje) digamos que la esponja parecía una roca, no tengo idea de que le pasó, pero me tocó improvisar, para continuar con mi accidentado maquillaje quería aplicar una sombra en un tono vibrante, pero no fue posible no traje ninguna de mis sombras.

So I went for the basics lipstick, black pencil, eyeliner and concealers, the rest was just imagination.

As I already mentioned after applying the base, I proceeded to use concealers for the contour and to illuminate the areas that needed light, I made up my eyebrows with black pencil and eyeliner, I did the same with the contour, then I sealed the makeup with loose powder and started working on the eyes, in them I used lipstick and eyeliner, finally for the lips I applied lipstick, black pencil for eyeliner and white concealer.

Así que me fui por lo básico lápiz labial, lápiz negro, delineador y correctores, el resto fue solo imaginación.

Como ya mencioné después de aplicar la base, procedí a utilizar correctores para el contorno y para iluminar las zonas que necesitaban luz, maquille mis cejas con lápiz negro y delineador lo mismo hice con el contorno, seguido selle el maquillaje con polvo suelto y empecé a trabajar en los ojos, en ellos utilice lápiz labial y delineador, finalmente para los labios apliqué labial, lápiz negro para delinear y corrector blanco.
