The rave in the alternative medicine industry as well as legislative circles nowadays is recreational and medicinal marijuana. Despite the benefits and joy many get out of smoking and creating edibles, there are some downsides to the experience.... Munchies and sometimes a weak buzz. The chemical compound known as myrcene that mangoes have allows THC to pass through the blood brain barrier much faster, allowing for a more satisfying experience. On average, it takes THC seven seconds to reach the brain after inhaling. But if you eat a mango 90 minutes before smoking, you could potentially halve that time.
I put this theory to the test and it came through with flying colors. The amount of cannabis needed to be smoked was cut in half to get the same effect. And an additional surprise is the mango also suppressed my hunger. No more 3 bowls of cereal at 2am in the morning before going to bed. Just a peaceful couch lock, with MST3k, Adult Swim or some other goofy show and waking up without a hangover.
So to close, go eat two mangoes and 90 minutes later, blaze up!
