Note: Some foods and medication cause urine to change color.
Clear - Drinking too much water. Robbing body of electrolytes. If clear but you don't drink a lot of water, could be liver.
Yellowish to Amber - Preferred color or excessive vitamin B.
Red or Pink - Likely food or medication. Could be hematuria.
Orange - Dehydration.
Blue or Green - Rare. Likely food. Maybe pseudomonas aeruginosa bacterial infection.
Dark Brown - Usually dehydration. Could be porphyria or liver disease. Can be caused by over exercising.
Cloudy - Dehydration, UTI, liver or other chronic disease. Pregnant? Maybe preeclampsia. With foam (bubbles)? Maybe pneumaturia, Crohn’s disease or diverticulitis.
