It was about time I tried the very popular Wim Hof Method during winter times and it is always fun when you do it with friends. So we decided that we will do it today!

The weekend is our family bonding outside the comfort of our home, whereby we would have our road trip. Sage loved the idea of being outdoor most often so, if we won't spend it on the beach, then brisk walking at Roche Caiman was our usual activity.
