The hate is real! Police in Missouri are receiving lots of push back from the citizens after they busted into a hospital room of a terminally ill Stage 4 pancreatic cancer patient. After being called with a tall tale of a man inside the hospital with marijuana in his bag, the police showed up and in my opinion illegally searched this man’s bag who is literally on his death bed getting chemotherapeutic treatments. To keep him comfortable in his dying days he purchased some CBD oil which was in his bag. Missouri passed medical marijuana in November but it’s not actually a live law until July of 2019. So in just 120 days, treating yourself with THC/CBD oils for cancer is considered legal but as of today it is still a punishable offense and the police were there to write him a ticket. This is a great example of the police state we live in and the bully, totalitarian practices they use to shake down the citizens of “free America” in their quest for life, health and the pursuit of happiness. This is as disgraceful as is gets in my opinion. I wonder what that cop would think of CBD oil if his wife, kid or even himself was laying for dead in that hospital?
The police have gone way over the edge several times in recent years and if the day ever comes when real conflict breaks out in our streets, we will get to see how these cowards act when an entire population turns against them. There is room for an officer to use reasonable judgment and instead of doing that he chose to violate this man’s civil rights by illegal search and seizure. They found Nothing! You suck Missouri Police!
