The legislation currently being crafted for a fresh marijuana bill in New Jersey has some refreshing and common sense ideas! I am interested to see the final bill when it is released. It is amazing how medical and recreational marijuana advocates have assembled to hammer out a full legalization bill. For a state known not to get along politically...this is a refreshing story out of New Jersey
