The band is Marillion The song is Montreal :)

This band has been with me since my late teens , some of the members have changed but my allegiance to them hasn't i seem to find songs from them that i haven't heard before on a constant basis and this is one of those songs, its simply called Montreal and i guess its the bands way of saying thank you for their experiences they have had in Canada :)
If you can check them out im sure there will be a song that means something to you \o/
