This may mean better customer service, better products, cheaper prices, personalized service, better warranties and so on.
There are many other things to differentiate your business from likewise competitors.these things may increase sales and profits
On a personal level as a manager or owner, you have to deal with many people over time.
To make an impression and stand out showing that you are confident and have authority you have to become
an expert at what you do.
Have you ever entered a room and noticed that someone in there absolutely lit up that room and was the center of attention.

vitality and energy passion, enthusiasm, optimism, kindness, generosity, warmth, empathy, caring, compassion, positivity,
and hope.
These are many of the traits of people that light up the room.
Study how to show kindness, empathy and don't just look at things from your perspective.
Be able to step into someone else's shoes and see things from their perspective.
I have been told by others that I have a certain presence and often light up the room.
I don't know about that but if you ask my children this is how I do it.
