I just heard about this now! What a great idea. I would like to help with this as well. And I figured I can help in 2 different ways.

Give an additional 50 Steem in prize money to the winning entry.
Put an ongoing campaign on altBounty (coming soon) for ongoing fund raising to allow people to print off flyers in their area.
