After a resounding quarter in the stock market, retail investors are flooding in. This is causing alarm even among the financial institutions who are seeing client cash balances at record lows.
Alarms are being sounded all over Wall Street. The mega banks are projecting a return of just 1.4% gain for the S&P in the 4th quarter.
