Samuel "Sam" Zachery Guthrie was the eldest son of the known largest farming in Kentucky.After his father died he and his father's friend Lewis are working each other, but there was an event when they are trapped in the coal mine which Samuel used his mutant powers to get out saving both of them before the coal mine collapse.
