Ingredients
50 grams of chicken meat, cut into small boxes
5 pieces of cow meatballs, sliced according to taste
1 carrot fruit, cut into lengthwise box
1 bunch of green mustard greens, cut into pieces
200 grams of chicory, cut into pieces
150 grams of cauliflower, cut into pieces
2 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 tbsp cornstarch, melt with a little water
How to make:
- Saute garlic until fragrant.
- Enter the chicken and meatballs, stir until the chickens change color.
- Add fish sauce, oyster sauce, salt and pepper. Stir well for a while. Add a little water.
- Pour carrots, green mustard greens, chicory and cauliflower. Stir well.
- Add the cornstarch solution, stir back until the jay seal thickens.
- Lift and serve cap jay while warm.
