I was fortunate enough to go on a chartered sailing and snorkeling trip with Gemini Charters in Maui. Wow, what an experience! I have attached a short video below.
We had a fairly early start at 7am when the waters were still extremely calm and glassy. I was worried about getting sea sick as it was 9 hour voyage, but the catamaran style of the Gemini allowed for a smooth ride.
As we were leaving the shores of Maui we could see the sun rising over the West Maui Mountains. Our tour was off to a great start!
A highlight for me was seeing the enormous sheer cliff edges on the backside of Lanai! I was awestruck.
Then as the sun was warming us up, we had a chance to swim and snorkel.
