Daily exercise is most important because it promotes the body system from disease and illness.

They are different types of exercise that are very important to the body system which helps to build up the muscle. This kind of exercise is called press up (push up) which is common calisthenics exercise. They are one of the common forms of punishment used in military, school sport.
