Your heart carries seeds,
Wrapped in everything they need to grow.
The lies that you were fed about who you are,
Your not-enoughness,
Who you can become…
Are only dust.
Allow them to be blown away
by the light of your expanding awareness.
Your heart seeds need deep nourishment:
The waters of your emotions to flow down and through unimpeded,
The fire of your courage and voice to burn up ignorance,
The loving reflection from trusted sisters, brothers, and the nonhuman world.
Shake off the tendrils of doubt!
Allow creativity to root inside your belly and deep into the soil of the Earth,
So that your stem, buds, and petals can reach all the way up to the sky.
Let the world see your colors, magnificent and uniquely you,
So that the hummingbird and butterfly drink from the nectar of your being.
Let your mind become a vessel for your soul’s fertile becoming,
Your vibration plays a vital role in mapping the future for us all;
Let your tending to the wilds within and around you create pathways to wholeness,
So that you--and the ones to follow--always remember our direct connection to creation.

I believe that many of us are awakening to another way of living on this earth. An ancient way. A timeless way. A way that is mapped within our hearts and bones.
I believe many of us are choosing to re-orient the inner pace of our lives to be slower, with spaciousness and deep breaths, woven through more quality, hands-on, face-to-face, heart-to-heart connections with our bodies and the non-human world. We are standing taller upon the Earth, because we recognize the source of our energy and power.
We are in a time of remembering the potency of love to bring ourselves and our world to a place of thriving: through prayerful words, heart-seeded intentions, and songs for life. We are listening to our dreams, making space and time to feel for what most needs our attention in this moment. We are teaching our children to be kind, compassionate, trusting, open-hearted, generous, and discerning stewards of this earth.
I believe that the true “warriors” of our time are not holding weapons, guns, fists of anger, violence, or stories of separation. They are you and me: the lovers, the dreamers, the gardeners, the ceremony makers, the artists, the mothers and fathers, the midwives, the imagination-filled children, the wisened elders.
I believe the wayshowers into this New Earth are the ones on the fringes of “productive society,” we who are no longer buying into these dis-eased, corrupted, self-defeating systems and programs. We are valuing our innate gifts, our uniqueness and quirks, our heart-knowing–as strengths and assets and maps. We have not found true belonging within a system that preaches productivity and capital gain over deep, authentic, life-giving connection.
I’m grateful that I haven’t fit into this system, because I have learned to look for new ways of being and living. Those of us who have had to dig deeply inside ourselves to find our own worth–to love ourselves rather than relying on society to quantify us–that we are the ones who can and will orchestrate the power, resources, and divine designs to create a new world steeped and rooted in ancient wisdom.
This new world may not be fully manifested. From where you sit right now, staring at a phone or computer screen, you might not yet fully believe we can pull it together in time to manifest a whole new way of living in harmony with the earth. The truth is, so much about taking this journey means living in the space of the unknown. We get to trust, feel for the spiderwebs in the dark, and follow the inner resonance of our hearts to the synchronicities that connect one thread to the next and the next and the next.
We are the seeds of this new world, and our priority now is to prepare the soil; to strengthen and diversify our inner and outer biosphere, and make ready our hearts and minds to receive the revolution. Because the time of our awakening is here, and this is your revolution, our revolution, the revolution of life-giving ways.
