Here's a quick chakra meditation I want to share with you:
Count down ten deep breaths as you focus completely on your breath. Let go of all stress you may be holding and focus on how breathing brings health, life, and renewal to your body. Now, when you feel relaxed, take seven breaths, one to each of the main chakras of the body. Breathe deeply into the root chakra and hold this breath for a count of three. Breathe out completely, releasing all air from the body.
Now repeat for the remaining six chakras.
