Meditation
Meditation is used to be one with the breath and to control emotions that are often hard to control for example anger and sadness. It helps us to have a clear mind and be calm. People take part in Meditation from all over the world. Buddha is known for being prince and doing the Meditation we do today Buddha is not alive today, yet people still listen to his stories and take his wise advice. Meditation provides us with many things like a healthy body, strength within our body, a calm body, kindness, love and control for the breath. During the process of Meditation your mind will wonder on many trails of thoughts but the only thought on your mind should be the focus of your own breath coming in and out. Meditation can change a person’s mind and habits from bad to good. This calm activity has been used hundreds of years before back when buddha was born buddha taught many people how-to live-in peace and harmony. He helped those in need of money, kindness and love he taught those who fought in war to stop it and let the peace spread. Meditation will help everyone into peace.
