This will be a series on films which not a lot of people would have seen. Or if i feel like writing a review about it.
Titles will NOT be the newest.
Movie name: Meet Bill
Famous actors: Aaron Eckhart, Jessica Alba and Elizabeth Banks
Throughout human history there have been a countless number of people who have drifted through life checking tick boxes of how life should be on a form made up b the weird standards of their own or societies making. This could also be you. If not then you made it out of the matrix.
Meet Bill is based on the same concept. The blissfully unaware Bill who has been going through life ticking check boxes, pleasing people and living a life which even he does not know that he despises.
Bubbles pop. So does his. In a way which would make most people wonder their reason of being alive.
Though his troubles, the movie is kept light and like most people he does spend a lot of his time trying to get what he lost, back. You do feel bad for him. O poor Bill.
His life in this time of upheaval is affected by his intern. The energy and carelessness of young blodd is captured quite well by the many actors. It does liven up the plot, the movie and those who may be bored staring at the screen to only look interested for their partner’s sake.
The In-Law’s. The most hated creatures in any family make their snobbish appearance throughout the movie. At some point it will evoke feelings of punching them or your own. Do not be alarmed, they deserve it.
Poor Bill fights his way through almost every person in his life. Loosing his self and society imposed layers. By the end of it Bill does come to know what he does not want in life. A moment of epiphany most will never get in life.
He does not want to live under the dirty thumb of this snobbish In-Law’s. He does not want his current family who have shown little love in return for his abundant. He does not want to live caged, to live unloved. He wants to be free.
Free to fall flat on his nose, free to face the world with his true side, no compromise and no fake love.
A realization late in life. Courtesy of someone he least expected would help him find the truth.
The movie ends with this.
You may not laugh, out loudly but you will most certainly smile.
Your heart strings will be pulled and it may make you think about your life. MAY.
