If you believe children are best cared for by their parents you would be in direct conflict with many politicians

Under the collectivist approach the State would have primary control of children. If parents didn't follow the state's wishes with children's upbringing the state would 'step in'. How do you feel about that?

And most importantly, why would they want to do such a thing?
