Disappointment

Hi there 😊

Have you ever been so much disappointed in weather that you don't even know whether to laugh or cry.
And you must go outside but there's no umbrella with you!

And everybody is sharing that it is raining - I know, my friends, I am also on my way home, I see and feel it aswell 😁

So, today my phone's forecast shows sunny and partly cloudy evening, 22C. Where is it?! What happened?
