He might, perhaps, have added abortionist?
Or, maybe, a mother or father willing to do this to their offspring?

The hands, raised as if to try and protect, to defend?
I was shocked and surprised when I checked, to discover that babies in utero can feel pain even at such an early stage.

This infant, 10-weeks from conception, was removed with the mother's uterus to save her life from cancer. I can scarcely imagine the heartbreak of that mother, of that family.
