My Impressions from the Unboxing
Check out the video to see my live reactions of opening the box from Menē. What I will say here is that I was incredibly impressed with the consumer experience from the moment I opened the box. I really appreciate it when companies focus on this part of the customer experience – because most just ship out their product in a plain box with an ugly invoice and give no thought to that piece of the experience.
Needless to say, every step of the process was thought out and intentional. I was also really impressed with how consistent their branding was throughout the box. From the invoice to the tissue paper to the gift bag – the branding felt very luxurious and high end. They obviously have some high end designers not only working on the physical jewelry products – but on the full customer experience as well.
What Piece Did I Get?
I LOVE big, statement rings – and so I went with their Initial Punch Ring. I try to work moments of inspiration and mindfulness into my day, and so I chose to go with “B”. For me… B stand for both Boss and Brave. Every time I look down at my hand I am reminded that I am the boss of my life and that I have everything I need to make my dreams happen. Brave feels a little softer to me. If I’m having a hard day, I can look down at my ring and remind myself to be brave, take risks and continue moving forward.
No matter what kind of day I’m having – this ring feels super inspirational to me.
Besides… wearing a pure 24k ring that I know the true value of and will last me a lifetime… makes me feel like a BOSS.
