I want to thank Hive account@nymia.aryn for this fun contest. This is my final artwork, I hope you like it:

The following is a detailed elaboration process.
First I drew it with a 3H pencil, starting with the mermaid.

Then I added each of the characters that surround her, giving free rein to my imagination.

Then I colored each of the characters I drew with colored pencils, markers and pastel chalk.
