The Maltese Parliament will passing the three cryptocurreny bills through their second reading on today.
This important Development was announced by Parliamentary Secretary for Digital Innovation Silvio Schembri in opening speech at Malta Institute of Management Cryptocurrency Considerations for Management Conference.
Malta is Fully Cryptocurrency accepted country in the World and Big Exchanges like Binance, OKEx have already announced to setup in Malta soon.
The Virtual Financial Assets Act (VFA)
This VFA deals with Regulation of a Initial Coin Offerings (ICO) and states that projects attracting funding through ICO are Compulsory to Publish White Papers. The Bill requires that the issuer’s financial history must be made Public.
