Kerala-European Union has announced a grant of 190,000 Euros to the Indian Red Cross Organization for the Kerala flood victims. The worst floods since 1924 in Kerala have killed 370 people and thousands have become homeless. It will take much time to recover from life and ruined Kerala needs a lot of money right now. That is why the Kerala government has sought financial help from the Center.
Red Cross Society is helping big flood victims. This amount will be sent to the affected area. The European Union (EU) has said that they would endeavor to give people the displaced people the necessities of this funding. He said that there is a danger of spread of diseases such as dengue, malaria, and hence mosquito nets are being distributed to the people.
