Want to be fit and wants to know the essentials of yoga so here it is. You can start yoga/fitness journey by only doing the 3 essential yoga pranayams after that you can do asanas.
The pranayams are listed below :-
- Bhastrika :
It help you to fulfil the oxygen requirement of our body as we intake very less amount of oxygen while we breath (which is only 100 grams approx.) while we do bhastrika we intake approx. 1 litre of oxygen in a single breath,by this the requirement of our body for oxygen can be fulfilled and each and every cell of our body.
Benefits(helps to increase strength and mind power,Increase concentration, purifies respiratory system)
2.kapaalbhati:-
It also called as sanjivani in yoga(a herb that cure all deseases in hindu mythology). Khapaalbhati can cure many desease even fatty liver which cannot be cured by allopathic treatment. It also helps in reducing stomach fat and make the tummy flat and fit.
Benefits(weight loss, fat burn, cure fatty liver, cure stone, helps in curing diabetes, helps in problems like kidney, pancreas, stomach, intestine, etc.)there are many benefits but I can't describe all in a single blog.
3.Anom-vilom:-
It is the best pranayam to relax mind and have control on it. It also reduces anxiety and releaves stress. Also help in oxygen fulfillment in our body. Best for hypertension and blood pressure.
Benefits(helps in reducing- anxiety, stress, hypertension;relaxes mind, very helpful in controlling blood pressure)
