Anger is one of the most constructive as well as most destructive emotions a person can ever carry. Everyone has some or the other views about anger for some it is bad and for some it is a blessing.
From my point of view if a person is abel to handle his anger and can chanalise those energy itno building something constructive then a person can achieve great heights though it be completing a task, going to gym regularly or anything he wants to achieve everything can be done.
Anger is power for those who can use it properly and weakness for those who don't have control over them.
For me anger has done blunders i have chanalised those energy to do something constructive and hear i go completing almost every thing....which comes my way 👍👍👍👍.
