Micromanagers are everywhere. They are unavoidable. If you have only one micromanager in your company, lucky you. In most cases, micromanagers do not consider themselves as micromanagers. If anything, they might even ask you things like, "I don't micromanage, do I?" If that's your direct boss, what are you supposed to say? You have to deny yourself, your existence, and put a little professional, corporate face and say, "Absolutely, not. Gosh, did anyone tell you that you're micromanaging?" Oh what a liar. That's me. For the sake of paying rents and surviving. But my ultimate goal is to convince those helicopter bosses to give me the freedom I deserve as a human being that my Creator has given me. I guess I have to earn my freedom. And I'm working on it. Anyone out there feeling me? Please feel free to share.
