ANALYZING A LUNATIC CITIZEN (MOONSTRUCK)
Cordial and Respectful Greetings, Dear Friends on Steemit.
I do not know if you have observed or suffered with this painful and aberrant situation, but particularly I have to say that every day the problem of the "Lunatics" comes up against my daily activities, and therefore I have had to see them, face them, try to help them or successfully "toread them"; thanks to Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Logotherapy and supported by Philosophy.
Going into details, it turns out that unfortunately in Venezuela begin to proliferate "Lunatics" and now it is a common fact to have a very close encounter with more than a dozen of such complicated personalities (previously it was normal to observe from a distance one or two cases of "Lunatics" in the streets); and even almost half of the people that I attend in my complex "Personal, Academic, Professional and Business Advice" are becoming "Lunatics"; it seems that a "Lunatic" virus attacks and seizes the Venezuelan population.
To formalize my analysis, it has been necessary to review the definitions of "Lunátic" or "Moonstruck" that are handled in Psychiatry; and among the many concepts investigated, it seems to me as the most appropriate to indicate that "Lunátic" is a person who suffers from mental illness or mental disorders temporarily, for which he or she needs psychiatric and medication treatment, to control that changing, erratic and disconcerting behavior.
That is, formally the term "Lunatic" or "Moonstruck" should be used to describe a person who shows moments of insanity, regularly with changing moods that frequent anger.
Historically, it is recognized that the term owes its origin to the Roman word "Lunaticus", which was used to refer to those who suffered personality disorders associated with the lunar cycle, especially marked during the "Full Moon" ("Lunátic" "Werewolf" ).
On the other hand, a broader consideration of the term "Lunatic" is observed in most of the American countries, in which in addition to mean temporary insanity, the word "Lunatic" is used to refer to those who often happens a drastic change of humor, predisposed to have a bad mood and even adopt a depressive or compulsive behavior; but without representing this changing behavior in a bipolar disorder, psychopaths or manic depressive, which are more complex issues because they mean serious psychiatric disorders.
Characteristics of a "Lunatic"
.- Temperamental person, who may be at some point effusive and cheerful, but instantly change to moody and angry.
.- He or She gets angry almost for anything, occasionally looking for conflict or listening to any word or seeing gestures that may irritate her or him.
.- At the time "climax" tends to act aggressively and exaggerated verbal or physical violence.
.- Tends to be inconstant in almost everything, irresponsible, negligent, disorderly and emotionally unstable.
.- He or she is extremely sensitive, predisposed to discussion and defensive attitudes.
.- Easily change from a normal state to anxiety, depression, stress, irritability, anger, sadness or crying.
.- Usually present feelings of existential emptiness, discouragement and loneliness.
.- They are ordinarily impulsive, compulsive, obsessive, vulgar and dissociated.
FOR VENEZUELA AND THE WORLD: A Humble Call to Sanity
According to the professionals of Psychiatry, Psychology, Psychotherapy and NLP, both specialized drugs and clinical hypnosis and deep meditation, are suitable therapeutic tools in addition to the ideal medical treatment, to solve or minimize the ailment "Lunátic" .
On the other hand, it is indicated that the mental, intellectual and spiritual maturity helps a lot to avoid reaching the state of disorder "Lunatic".
Equivalently, bioenergetic and natural alternative medicine, outdoor walks and exercises, Asian acupuncture, tai-chi and yoga, can greatly help people "Lunatics".
However, each one of us must recognize the symptoms of the disorder "Lunatic" and be rationally prepared not to be swept away by the crisis, because the consequences of this disorder can be serious in the short, medium or long term.
We must not let ourselves fall into the sad abyss of MADNESS and Violence.
MERRY CHRISTMAS WITHOUT MADNESS
