The Fed cut rates. The next day Trump upped the trade war with China. I doubt it was a coincidence. The Fed will "probably" cut rates again next month.
Somebody made a very nice trade on NUGT. Completely nailed the bottom at $28. The high of the day was $34.18. It closed at $33.93 which is over a 20% gain in one day.
