Ya dear today i want to discuss about MILK
We are given milk since our childhood- when we born our beloved mother feed us with her own milk- which is the best food for child and we build strong through that milk.
Then while schooling we are taught to have at least a glass of milk daily so that we become the scholar in our study as it is perfect food-
Because Milk consists all the nutrition except vitamin C
But today I want to share which typr of milk we should consume and which type of we should avoid.
There are mainly two type of Milk A1 Milk and A2 Milk
What is A1 Milk?
A1 Milk is taken out from Jersey and ocean cows which are less healthy but as it is adequate then most part of the world use this milk- this milk is less nutritious.
A2 Milk is taken out of specially Indian and Asian cows and that's why it is very nutritious type
Hence Indian Cow Milk is demanded and this milk is obtained out of rishi and saints in ancient time and thus this is very useful and nutritious to consume.
