I have worked hard to improve the overall experience on Steem for the longest time and with successful projects and initiatives in my backpack, I'm seeking new heights. I joined Steemit in July 2016 and even though I haven't been producing content on a daily basis during the entire time, I have always tried to stay up-to-date and I have acquired a bunch of knowledge and experience since the day I arrived. I have been here through the ups- and downs, I have seen all the changes along the way and I have also witnessed how flagwars, hatred, personal attacks and many other things affect our users and our beloved community as a whole.
However, I have seen a ton of amazing, inspiring, motivational things too. I have witnessed and also been personally affected by overwhelming selfless, amazing supportive Steemians from all over the world and I have seen amazing things due to a pay-it-forward attitude as well. I have always wanted a real middle class on Steem, which is the reason for my previous project, but it's also the reason for me to be a part of the wonderful, on-going 250 minnow push. An attempt to make 250 minnows in 1 month.

I could probably mention a dozen different projects, initiatives and attempts to create something substantial, long lasting and things that have been done to spread the wealth, reward quality content producers and to boost morale, motivation and to encourage others. We have engagment leagues, curation projects and a handful of other really cool projects... We even have individuals that have selflessly delegated the majority of their Steem Power in an attempt to empower others and we have users who single handedly have powered up a few selected Steemians straight into minnowhood. These things are amazing, and I love the positivity that comes out of this.

Minnow-ASAP is a brand new project. An improved and revamped version of the previous "minnow making" project. With knowledge and experience from previous projects and initiatives, I have decided to bury the "push people"-initiative, to make room for Minnow-ASAP instead. Things will be different this time. Minnow-ASAP will be better and it will also be easier to manage. I find this to be the best thing I can do, personally, to produce minnows in a rapid way, which ultimately help us to create a stronger middle class on STEEM.

Who Can Apply?
Everyone. Users close to 500 Steem Power will be prioritized. To be eligible for this specific, individual push, you cannot have enough liquid rewards to reach the goal, and you cannot have an active power down. Active people who engage and stays out of trouble is obviously good candidates. I will take on a maximum of 5 users per push.
