You need to have an account in discord.

Step: 2

Simply find them on https://discord.gg/HYj4yvw ( Peace, Abundance, and Liberty Network (PALnet) Discord Channel)

Step: 3

Join their discord channel with that link.

Step: 4

Register ( it may say you to send 0.001 steem to 2 accounts to register.)

Step: 5

Go to upvote side bar

Step: 6

Write: $upvote space postlink.
Example : $upvote https://steemit.com/water/@sparkyez/how-much-water-we-should-drink-benefits-and-side-effects-of-drinking-water

And your post will be instantly upvoted by minnowsupport. Yes, as easy as it sounds like.

After your post gets the upvote, you are in 30 hours cooldown. When the cooldown ends you can again ask for an upvote in a new post. One post can be upvoted once only.

Post promotion:

There is a #postpromotion side bar also. Where you can promote your posts. and also can see others post. there are different side bar for drawing and contest. So now lot more people can see your posts.
