I chose to feature Hive account@losthippie even though he(she? forgive me for not knowing!) isn't exactly "new" - the account was started in Dec 2017 but I feel he is a very underrated Steemian! I love his artwork and I think you will too - so be sure to head over to the blog and check it out.

I don't know much about ICO's or GoChain but I learned a great deal in this post by Hive account@shaheerbari. The post is well put together and easy to read/understand. This newbie is doing bigs things on here so be sure to check out his blog. He writes about all types of topics, not just cryptos and is also a great photographer, so if you love seeing beautiful pictures go check him out.
