An Introduction: Let us all show some Steemit Love to new Minnows: Please Welcome @kelgreen to Steemit

I was browsing through the introduction and introduceyourself section and saw a steemian : Hive account@kelgreen who wrote a very good article. The problem, however, is that she is a new minnow and thus as we all know, most new minnows posts always get lost in the blockchain due to no much love from our community (understandable because they have to build contacts / relationships first ) hence this post is to create awareness for new minnows and support her by asking fellow steemians to join in supporting / welcoming new members and Hive account@kelgreen to our great community. Here are some few points:

Community Growth: Steemit growth depends on new minnows joining us daily and we showing them love -so guys go to Hive account@kelgreen intro post see full link : https://steemit.com/introduceyourself/@kelgreen/my-introductory-post upvote and resteem …let us show her including other new members that we are a unique welcoming community.

Teach New Minnows: Many new members do not know how to play it smart here, therefore older members should guide our new members through their posts updates ( see example here ) especially letting them know that spammy comments like follow for follow or vote for vote and or good post … is not a good way to comment or communicate here, rather new and older members should read and comment prudently. Moreover, building a following the 1st month through good comments pays more than posting immediately after registration. Reason is that good relationship matters here -being know ie building real followers first through engagement is key to success.

Steemit is Unique: steemit is the best social media platform in terms of rewarding members with knowledge, financial rewards and contacts. This is amazing because new and older members can benefit in all these points by being active and supporting one another without discriminating new members because our growth depends on new minnows…therefore send in your up votes , follow and resteem Hive account@kelgreen via her intro post https://steemit.com/introduceyourself/@kelgreen/my-introductory-post let us show her how amazing this platform is and always will be.
