Okay, Ive been racking my brain for something to benifit my community something i have to offer for my group of... fuck it im gonna call them friends because thats what they are, they are my friends:) i want to make their lives easier and more creative on steem it. Bring value to everything they are passionate about.
But the more i thought and surfed for something to engage my friends, the more i realized just how many submission contests there were in my feed, they were popping up everyday. From writing contests to support group contests vocal cover/music contests art/ photography contests.
There was a competition with prizes for just about every niche for every steemer. And many of my friends were being nominated and submitting content in these contests everyday.

But heres where i hit a road block.
How can i be original and come up with a new way to reward and promote thats not like all theses others. Something other people will want to be a part of because our number one goal is to grow.
Heres what i know. I have 700 followers. 76ish facebook group members including panda and myself a rediculous number of people and efforts in minnow support project on the discord channel and some extremely awesome dedicated members from both in our slack channel.
Ive nearly doubled every stat i have here on steem it. My steem power my rep level my followers my following pages my number of comments everything.
And then it fucking hit me. Ive already succeeded. Not only have i incubated from a minnow to a dolphin. But so was my entire community of peers. Every one was falling in love with steemit realizing the power that was born here, and being exposed to the most diverse thoughts of people from all over the world. We were all seeing creativity being born.
I amoung side many others had already gathered some incredibly creative people from songwriters to investors to doctors and web designers. And my question is whats something new i can do with them......
Why not just ask them?....
After all arent they the ones i want to engage? I realized i no longer need to create something new for the group i brought in a whole group to create something new for steemit.
We are out here winning those contests and creating value in them, we as a group of connected peers are everywhere. Now of course im always gonna challenge and innovate whats possible in our communities and grow but i have unlimited amount of help to brainstorm and make a difference.
So i did. And not only are we gonna be every where in these steemit contests but were gonna create some of our own too. Were gonna find new ways to introduce content of things that we love to do to a group of people that have never been exposed to it before. And were gonna share that shit ;)
The pressure is off and i can go back to leading my revolution again and honestly i dont know why i ever had any doubt i saw the proof every day when i woke up with a ton of notifications from 10 different sources lol
The success of the efforts of an entire spectrum of individuals have allowed for it. And you know what? Youll see us around, were on our way to whale status ;) and you can look forward to us making headlines in your news feed in one way, or a million others!
