on this social network, you cant have more than hundred percent voting power. it waits for your power to be nearly full, then votes other members of the group to prevent that waste.
how is this determined
the person with an available post whos voted the most and received the least gets the next vote, all you need to do is keep posting and youll get your votes based on your queue position. it will slow down when youre overpaid and speed up otherwise, when youre behind, you will get more votes, when youre overpaid, it will spread to other users a bit first so all you have to do to catch up with votes is keep posting.
