Why is it great??
on this network, your voting power can not go over 100%. it waits till that point, it then prevents that scenario by voting other members.
how is this done
your position for a vote is determined by how many votes has been produced on your behalf, all you need to do is keep posting and youll get your votes based on your queue position. ot makes a best effort to keep you on track numerically with the other users, it will slow down when youre overpaid and speed up otherwise so all you have to do to catch up with votes is keep posting.
as your account grows, so will the votes you receive
