What does it do??
on hive, your VP stops regenerating when it hits 100%. the system waits till you have nearly 100%, then votes other members of the group to prevent that waste.
how is this determined
your position for a vote is determined by how many votes has been produced on your behalf, just keep posting and it will give you your outstanding votes. when youre behind, you will get more votes, when youre overpaid, it will spread to other users a bit first, it will slow down when youre overpaid and speed up otherwise so all you have to do to catch up with votes is keep posting.
letting it vote and keeping posting maximises your rewards
