What exactly is minnow swarm??
on this network, your VP stops regenerating when it hits 100%. This system waits till your voting power is about to go to waste, it then prevents that scenario by voting other members.
how is this done
it prevents abuse by tracking who votes and whos received votes, if you post every so often you should be able to get what you can get from it. it will slow down when youre overpaid and speed up otherwise, you will get all your outstanding votes as fast as possible so all you have to do to catch up with votes is keep posting.
letting it vote and posting is how you optimize your accounts growth
