What can you do in ten minutes?
You can sleep or browse aimlessly and watch time pass by. Or for ten minutes devote yourself to a productive task each day and over time you will see a miracle. This is how I study Korean, just ten minutes a day. Then through the day I have time to reflect and practice in my mind. Is there anything that you wanted to do, but just couldn't because you don't have enough time?
Actually I don't have enough time to continue this blog. My youngest son complained that I paid more attention to the blog than to him. That was becoming true and disheartened me. After a month of not posting I look at this community with a new eye. I see this community as the best place to share a small part of my life.
Everyday I will take ten minutes to document one of the activities I have been working on during the day.
I am a work in progress.
This is today's ten minute activity, a simple emoticon for my wife.
That was my ten minutes art sketch. Today I also got my ten minutes of Korean study at KBS. I listen to a passage and write down key words. This was the news I listened to today. It's about how 100 years ago the first Independence movement march was reenacted.
I know there has to be a better way to learn Korean than watching the News. I think I would be better off watching a 개그콘서트.
Peace,
