Whereas the rest of Europe is right now of fire, very high temperature, Iceland is having the coldest summer in 100 years. So whereas for most Europeans the idea of heat is not so convenient, if you are in Iceland, it is. This makes an experience in a ‘hot river’ one you don’t want to miss. This post, with many cool photos, is about reykjadalur, a beautiful valley in the south of Iceland, characterized by geothermal activity and famous for its "hot river".

Here is a post about a rather striking and touching exhibition in the streets of Cape Town, showcasing puppet each tailored with a moral, a story, left to the imagination of the kids. Basically, tragic childhoods are remodeled into heroic triumphs, in such a manner as educate and challenges kids.
