In a bizarre story out of the NFL today, the Seattle Seahawks have cut Kemah Siverand after he was caught trying to sneak a woman into the team hotel. In other words he got cut for trying to get laid.
What an utter bonehead move by Kemah that likely puts an end to his NFL career. Siverand was an undrafted DB out of Oklahoma State fighting for a roster or practice squad spot for the upcoming NFL season, that dream is over for now.
Giannis Antetokounmpo has been suspended for the final game of the regular season after striking Moe Wagner with a headbutt.
This is really a bizarre incident after a foul between Wagner and Antetokounmpo. The two come together and for whatever reason Giannis decides to lead in with his head. There is a bit of a flop by Wagner but you can't deny the headbutt by Giannis.
The one game suspension isn't very impactful. The Milwaukee Bucks have already secured first place in the East and Giannis will be back for the playoffs.
Washington National's ace Steven Strasburg accomplished a feat few MLB player have ever been able to do, he got kicked out of a game while watching from the stands.
It's rare enough to see a player get tossed for arguing with an umpire but even rarer when that player isn't even playing in the game. Strasburg was not happy with some poor calls made by the umpire and decided to voice those frustrations from the stands. Even the announcers took a few moments to realize who was being ejected.
